Article 4 – The Offer
All product information, including prices, availability, and descriptions, is provided as accurately as possible.
However, obvious errors, pricing mistakes, or typographical errors are not binding and may be corrected by the entrepreneur.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the delivered product, for example due to packaging changes by manufacturers.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receipt of the product, without giving any reason, unless the right of withdrawal is excluded as described in Article 10.
Article 10 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
In addition to the statutory exclusions, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Food products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life
Fresh food products
Frozen food products
Sealed food products where the seal has been broken
These exclusions are applied in accordance with EU consumer law and food safety regulations.
Fresh products, if shipped, are delivered at the customer’s own risk.
Frozen products are currently not shipped.
Article 11 – The Price
All prices displayed in the webshop are inclusive of VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated separately during checkout.
Article 13 – Delivery and Execution
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the consumer during checkout.
Shipping methods and carriers are automatically selected by the entrepreneur, depending on the destination and shipment characteristics.
The standard carrier is currently DPD. Where applicable, PostNL or DHL may also be used.
Delivery times shown are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays caused by carriers or external circumstances are beyond our control.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer at the moment of delivery.
Article 15 – Payment
Payment must be completed using the payment methods offered during checkout.
Orders will only be processed after successful payment authorization.
The entrepreneur reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of:
Payment failure
Suspected fraud
Incorrect pricing or technical errors
Article 16 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints should be submitted to info@pinoytoko.nl within a reasonable time after discovery.
Pinoytoko aims to respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt.
Article 17 – Governing Law
All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
