Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, without providing any reason.
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
If you return the entire order, you will receive a full refund including the original shipping costs.
The costs for returning the product from your address to our webshop are at your own expense.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us:

We will refund the amount due within 14 days after registration of the return, provided the product has been received by us in good condition.
Exceptions to Returns
The following products are excluded from the right of return:
Sealed products and sealed packaging where the seal has been broken
Fresh food products
Fresh products are shipped at the customer’s own risk. We take great care in packaging, but cannot guarantee product quality after delivery due to external transport conditions.
Frozen products
Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, fresh and frozen products cannot be returned or refunded once delivered, even if they are shipped at the customer’s request and risk.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, the return shipping costs will be covered by us, provided the issue is reported within 24 hours after delivery.
