Fresh & Frozen Products
Frozen Products
At this moment, we do not ship frozen products.
Fresh Products
Fresh products may be shipped at the customer’s own risk.
Although we take great care in packaging and handling, we cannot guarantee product quality after delivery due to external factors such as transport time and conditions.
❗ Fresh and frozen products are not eligible for return or refund once delivered, in accordance with food safety regulations.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using one of our standard carriers, which are automatically selected by us based on the shipment and destination.
Our standard carrier is currently DPD.
Depending on availability, we may also use PostNL or DHL.
If you prefer a specific carrier, this may be arranged by mutual agreement and possibly at an additional cost.
Please contact us in advance if you have a special request regarding the shipping carrier.
Delivery Times
